The easiest way to control our units is with our APP called GSMS Remote Control that is available for Android and iPhone. To be able to use the APP with our devices you need to create an account (locally in the APP) for each device providing phone number to the SIM-card in the device and password for the device. This data is saved locally on your phone and not transmitted of your phone to any servers but will be forwarded to your phones SMS APP used to send commands (SMS) to the devices. If you want to delete this data you can at any time uninstall the GSMS Remote Control APP or delete the account created in the APP.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents permission to buy from Pierr Automatik AB. We ship worldwide using DB schenker (GLS). In normal conditions orders will be shipped within 3 business days after purchase and the package will usually arrive 4-8 days within Europe, longer to other parts of the world, but please allow up to 3 weeks as local customs and other circumstances can delay the delivery.
Please contact Pierr Automatik AB before returning any products. It is appropriate that the customer controls the delivery to verify that it is accurate and error free. In the case of a complaint, the customer contacts Pierr Automatik AB and gives relevant information and the reason for the complaint. The customer have the right to return the product within 30 days after delivery. If the product is damaged or misused the product cannot be returned. Note that the return shipping is paid by the buyer and that shipping and handling costs is non-refundable.
If a returned product is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Pierr Automatik AB is not responsible for any return customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving it, notice that the product has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Pierr Automatik AB offers a 2-year warranty on all of our products and in the case of a product malfunctioning after normal use. The warranty does not include faults by incorrect usage, incorrect installation, outside circumstances like over voltage due to for example thunder, faults in the 4G (LTE) network, water damage, fire etc. Warranty does not include changes made to the 4G (LTE) network or other external services regarding for example technical functionality or changed contract terms. The product will be repaired or replaced with a replacement unit and resent to the customer free of charge if compliance to warranty and provided with purchase documents. Any charges for removing the unit, travel costs, downtime and other related costs is not covered by the warranty. Return shipping is not covered by warranty and should be paid by the customer.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to Pierr Automatik AB and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Pierr Automatik AB to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Pierr Automatik AB conditions, you agree to the above.
Events outside Pierr Automatik AB's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Pierr Automatik AB is released from Pierr Automatik AB's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
